    When you want to make a payment from the Patient Record, use SMART LAUNCH → Bill Payment link

  • SMART Launch: Bill Payment

    The user will automatically be taken to PatientPay, where they can review the bill details and hit the Pay Now button to execute a payment or setup a payment plan.

  • SMART Launch: Bill Payment

    In PatientPay, the default is Pay Now for a payment in full. However, the user can choose the appropriate option based on the provider group configuration.

  • SMART Launch: Guarantor Details

    To review information about the patient or guarantor in the PatientPay system, use SMART Actions → Guarantor Details

  • SMART Launch: Guarantor Details

    The user can review and edit the account including details, payment methods and existing Payment Plans.

  • SMART Actions: Now Payment

    Taking a co-pay or other time of service payment can happen by using the SMART Actions → Now Payment link

  • SMART Actions: Now Payment Confirm Patient

    The user will go directly to the Now Payment screen where they can look for existing balances due to take a bill payment or simply take an unapplied Now payment.

  • SMART Launch: Now Payment

    Once all the patient and payment details have been confirmed, the user uses the Card-on-File, new Card or other payment method, including hardware options to finish the time-of-service payment.
