A Practical 2-Part Webinar Series

from a Customer’s Perspective

PatientPay is dedicated to helping physical therapy practices enhance operational efficiency, boost cash flow, and improve the patient experience through simple yet powerful billing and payment solutions. We realize that there is no better way to express our value than having a happy customer tell their story.

In this two-part webinar series, hear directly from IRG as they share how PatientPay transformed their practice.

Part 1 is tailored for CEOs and Owners responsible for crafting the vision.

Part 2 focuses on the administrators responsible for turning that vision into action.

Meet IRG

Integrated Rehabilitation Group (IRG) is a powerhouse in Washington state with 42 clinics focused on physical and hand therapy. Locally owned and operated since 1996, IRG is dedicated to helping patients become their best selves by providing compassionate, individualized care.

However, managing patient billing through inefficient, paper-based methods presented significant challenges. Not only did it create administrative burdens for their staff, but it also frustrated patients with slow, outdated payment processes. At the beginning of each year, IRG experienced a revenue dip due to insurance deductibles resetting, causing delays in payments and affecting cash flow. To continue growing their business and meeting patient expectations, IRG needed a modern solution that would improve both their financial health and the patient experience.

The Impact of Modernized Billing

  • Streamlined billing through digital payment solutions, reducing administrative workload

  • Increased collections by making payments easier and faster for patients

  • Reduced revenue dips at the beginning of the year, especially during the insurance deductible reset period

  • Improved patient satisfaction with a more user-friendly payment experience

  • Optimized cash flow to support sustainable business growth
